L+L Design was established in 1995, and continues to operate today with a select team of dedicated and passionate design professionals with a diverse set of capabilities. Our process involves a flexible set of principles based around research, understanding, experimentation and refinement that help us create tailored solutions for our clients’ problems, no matter the complexity.

Our core offering of brand identity, creative direction and strategy extends to print and digital applications including annual reports, websites, campaigns, environments, brand guidelines and corporate collateral. We employ a considered approach that treats every project with equal measures of curiosity, sophistication and passion, and a commitment to delivering all projects, large or small, on time and on budget.

We believe in collaboration, design for social change, and meaningful solutions to real problems. A small agency experience, with big agency results.

Lisa Kellar
Company + Creative Director

Lisa is one of the founding partners of L+L Design, bringing with her more than 30 years of industry experience for a wide range of clients. With formal qualifications in business, marketing and design, Lisa oversees the day-to-day operations of the business with an experienced and critical eye. Her commitment to the success of every project that enters the studio is a testament not only to her dedication, but an overall understanding of what it takes for clients to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.

Mike Emery
Senior Creative + Art Director

Mike is an innovative and exceptionally creative designer with proven strategic and conceptual skills. Having created and managed brand identities for organisations of all sizes, he is responsible for guiding the creative output of the studio, and the development of many of our most successful client brands. Mike’s holistic approach to design and creative direction is evidenced in all his work—regardless of discipline or medium—leading to a considered and thoughtful body of work for a varied list of clients.

Linda Watchorn
Senior Project Manager

Having spent her entire working life within the creative industry, Linda is a thorough and dedicated project manager. Through her experience within publishing, design and marketing agencies Linda has accumulated a wealth of practical knowledge across a wide range of mediums and industry sectors, including working with high-profile authors and campaigns for blue chip clients. She brings with her a level of passion and enthusiasm that is matched only by her attention to detail, and respect for her clients.
