Advanced Records Management (ARM) is a leading specialist in document capture, processing and archiving solutions. Their services leverage best-of-breed products to help their clients with all facets of electronic content management, ranging from entry-level scanners to total enterprise solutions. Our approach in representing their progressive, digital based offering was to create a brandmark born from the most common depiction of electronic file structure, the path component separator that signifies document and file locations and hierarchy — otherwise known as the ‘forward slash’.

Married with a bespoke typographic treatment and a bold two-colour palette, the new brand is a clean, sophisticated representation of a forward-thinking, contemporary organisation that is a leader in its field. The green colour was chosen to signify the environmentally friendly benefits of digital archiving, promoting a paperless future for ARM and their clients. Rounding out the brand is a new photographic direction that features technology, but focuses on people — the company’s most valuable asset.
